Shipping & Delivery

At P.P. Jewellers, we are committed to delivering your jewellery safely and ensuring a hassle-free shopping experience.

  • Orders from our Ready Collection are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
  • Free shipping is available across India on all prepaid orders.
  • A ₹150 Cash on Delivery (COD) fee applies to all COD orders.
  • COD service is available for orders ranging from ₹2,000 to ₹50,000.
  • We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and other secure online payment methods.
  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp and Email.

Please note that delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, high order volumes, regional restrictions, or courier-related delays. If a delivery location is found to be unserviceable, our team will contact you with an alternate solution or a refund.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, products must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • Returned with the original packaging and invoice.
  • Free from any damage, scratches, alterations, resizing, or signs of wear.

All returned products are subject to a quality inspection before approval of a return, refund, or exchange.

Non-Returnable Products

Returns and exchanges are not applicable on:

  • Nose Pins
  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Made-to-order products

We will arrange a pickup from the original delivery address wherever service is available. In locations not covered by our reverse pickup partners, customers may be required to self-ship the product.
