LIFETIME EXCHANGE & BUY-BACK POLICY:

We offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy on all purchases made from us, within India. The product can be returned for buy- back or exchange on the basis of its current market value.

The value of the exchanged product after deductions will be credited to the bank account provided to us by the customer. If you choose to return the product for buyback, the buy-back value will be paid to you via online bank transfer within 10 days of receipt of the product.

Jewellery returned shall pass through the Quality control procedures to process the credit /refund as per the mentioned categories.

CATEGORY	EXCHANGE & BUY BACK VALUE
Diamonds & Gemstones Jewellery	90% of jewellery value + labour charges (before tax amount shown on the invoice).
Kundan/ Polki Jewellery	75% of jewellery value (before tax amount shown on the invoice)
Gold Jewellery	100% of the net gold value at the current market rate
