Our 1- Month Money Back Policy gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect.

Once the product is returned under our 1- Month Money Back policy, it would be checked for any tamper by the Quality control department (QC).

The product will be acceptable in perfect condition with all the tags and protective material intact. Any product returned with any kind of wear and tear or with tampered tag will not be covered under this policy.

The funds will be credited to your P.P. Jewellers Credit Wallet. You may keep it for future shopping or get the amount refunded to your bank account.

1. For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account.
2. For all other orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking).
