How much does it cost me to have a ‘P.P.JEWELLERS’ product delivered to my home? ‘P.P.JEWELLERS’ provides free shipping on all items within India.

What is the estimated delivery time?

For orders within India, our delivery date depends on the product selected as well as the shipping address provided by you subject to business working days.

How will the delivery be done?

We process the national delivery only through reputed insured couriers specialized for fine jewellery . Please check if we deliver to your pin code. If there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

How safe is my product?

Your jewellery is shipped in durable, tamper-proof packing that ensures that the contents remain intact. Your jewellery is fully insured till it reaches your doorstep, and we only work with reputed and established courier services within India. Please do not accept any package that has been tampered with.

Does ‘P.P.JEWELLERS’ deliver internationally?

Currently, we take orders for delivery only in India.

Can I change my shipping address after I have place an order?

Until your order is ready to be shipped, you can change the shipping address. Please contact our Customer Care team at +918448225844 for assistance. For orders that are ready for dispatch, we will be able to reship it to your new address as soon as the consignment is returned back to us.

What is your Money Back Policy?

Our 1Month Money Back Policy gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we assure to provide you with a full refund or exchange. We can only accept the product without custom engraving, in its original condition and with the invoice.

Will you withhold some shipping charges when I return the product within 1Month?

All shipping charges will be borne by us.

Will I have to pay for shipping the product back to you?

We offer Free Return Shipping. You'll receive complimentary return shipping on all exchanges or refunds for all products within the 1Month money back policy.

How do I return the product to ‘P.P.JEWELLERS’ within 1Month?

  1. If you would like to return/exchange your purchase please click return option on the website or else you can contact our Customer Care team at +918448225844.
  2. As soon as we receive your request we will initiate with our shipping partner to pick up the parcel from you.
  3. Secure your jewellery with the original packing materials and invoice in the original packaging as received by you upon purchasing the jewellery.
  4. Once you’re returned item is received by ‘P.P.JEWELLERS’, your refund or new item will be processed.

What is your Exchange & Buy-back Policy?

We offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buy-back on all purchases made from ‘P.P.JEWELLERS’, within India. The product along with the original invoice, can be returned for buy-back or exchanged based on its current market value, with deductions towards making charges & offer taxes.

Can I order a ring in a size that isn't offered on the site?

You can place an order for custom size with assistance of our Customer Care team and they shall be glad to assist you.

What will my packing be like?

Your jewellery will arrive in exclusive ‘P.P.JEWELLERS’ gift boxes.

I lost my jewellery invoice, can I get a duplicate?

Yes we can arrange a duplicate for you. It will come with copy/duplicate written across the invoice. Proper identity proofs are required for the same.

Can I re-size my Ring?

In case your ring does not fit well, we will be happy to replace it with a new ring in the new size, with free to and fro shipping. If the changes require any addition of gold we will only charge you the additional price.
