HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DISPATCHED?
Typically, we take max. 48 hrs. to dispatch the orders.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM I PURCHASED?
The customer has to intimate us at care@ppjewellers.com about the damaged/incorrect product(s) along with a picture of the product within 24 hours of delivery. P.P. Jewellers will not be liable for any return after the lapse of this period. The Refund will only be initiated if the item is in its original condition and has our quality check.
All Custom-made orders are non-returnable.
We offer a 15-days return/exchange policy. The return/exchange policy is valid
only in the below cases:
- The product received by the customer is defective/damaged
- The product was damaged in transit
- The customer received wrong product

ARE THE COLORS OF PRODUCTS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE ACCURATE?
While we have made every effort to display colours of the products appear as accurately as possible on the site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen's display of any colour will be completely
accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. Some products may also appear smaller or larger than their image displayed on the site.
CAN WE MAKE CUSTOM JEWELLERY?
Yes, we can do customization in our own designs in Gold, Diamond and 925 Silver with Swarovski zirconia. However, you are requested to send details of your requirements to our email care@ppjeweller.com.
Once the details are received, we will evaluate them and inform you whether such a creation can be made. For any queries, please feel free to call us on +91 8448225844.
Typically, it takes about 3-4 weeks to get the customisation done. Costing of the customized design depends entirely on the final product. There could be a variation in the final pricing depending on the weight of the final product.

WHAT ARE THE METHODS OF PAYMENT I CAN USE WHILE SHOPPING ON P.P. Jewellers ?
We accept Credit/ Debit/ Net banking/ UPI payments via PayU for domestic
payments. We accept Master Card, Visa, and American Express. For orders within India, we offer Cash on Delivery for orders up to ₹50,000/-.
A nominal ₹80 delivery charge is applicable for orders below ₹1000/-. Orders exceeding ₹1000/- enjoy free delivery
IS IT SAFE TO PAY WITH DEBIT/CREDIT CARD?
Yes, you can absolutely pay with debit/credit card without any security concerns. Our site integrates a secure payment gateway which makes use of the latest SSL encoding technology for encrypting and decrypting all the data that is sent through it. This ensures that none of your information including card details is stored or visible to other entities.
HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER ON P.P. JEWELLERS?
Explore our collection, choose the piece you want and click on the “Buy Now” button or click on “Add to Cart” button to continue shopping and add more products to cart. You will be taken to your shopping cart
page. Just click on “Place Order” button and you will be asked to make payment for the piece. Alternatively, click on “Continue Shopping” button for adding more products in your shopping cart.
Enter your details, including name, email ID, contact number, and billing and shipping addresses and proceed to payment. There you will also get
the option to put discount code. Put in the section provided to avail the offer. Choose the payment mode you want and complete the payment. You will receive an email for order confirmation on the email address you shared while placing the order.
HOW MUCH DUTIES AND TAXES WILL I HAVE TO PAY?
Product Prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes. We offer Free Shipping anywhere in India and there will be no extra cost incurred other than the prices shown on the product page.

HOW SAFE IS MY PRODUCT?
Your order is shipped in a durable, tamper-proof packing which ensures that its contents remain intact. Please do not accept a package if it appears to be tampered with.
DO I NEED TO SHARE MY PAN CARD DETAILS?
Yes, you need to share them if you are buying products more than Rs 2 lac in value. You will be required to submit details while checking out.
