Our 1- Month Money Back Policy gives you time to ensure your purchase is perfect.
P.P. Jewellers is committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our website, security & customer assistance. However, if you are not happy with the product, you can return the order.

Once the product is returned under our 1- Month Money Back policy, it would be checked for any tamper by the Quality control department (QC).

The product will be accepted in its original condition with all tags and protective materials intact. Any product returned with any kind of wear and tear or with tampered tags will not be covered under this policy.

The money back amount will be 100% of the actual amount paid. In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable.

We shall process the refund once we receive the product. The product must be in unused condition, in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, failing which refund may not be possible.

  1. For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be processed to the customer's bank account. The refund will be completed within 7-15 days.
  2. In case the customer has made an online payment, the amount will be refunded within 10-15 working days from the receipt of the returned product(s) in our warehouse.
