Return Policy

At P.P. Jewellers, we are dedicated to ensure complete customer satisfaction concerning our product offerings, security measures, and customer assistance. If however you find yourself dissatisfied with a product, our 15 days return policy offers you the opportunity to return your order for a refund.

Under our 15days money back policy, returned products will undergo scrutiny by our quality control department to detect any tampering.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, with all tags, invoice and protective materials intact. Any product exhibiting signs of wear and tear or with tampered tags will not be covered under this policy.

The refund amount will be 100% of the actual amount paid. In cases where coupons, discounts, or promo codes were applied during the original purchase, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact our customer support team, who will guide you through the process. Once the return request is submitted, please make yourself available for the reverse pick-up and answer calls from the delivery partner. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the reverse pick-up, requiring the process to be re-initiated.

While most pin codes are both forward and reverse serviceable, some may only be forward serviceable. In such cases, we may request you to use an alternate courier service, like India post, and we will reimburse reasonable shipping costs incurred for such returns.

If you receive an empty parcel or a missing product, contact our customer support team within 24 hours, providing a 360-degree unpacking video for further processing. Please note that insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering may impact the claim's validity, with the brand reserving the right to make the final decision.

For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be processed to the customer's bank account within 7-10 days. For online payments, the refund will be completed within 10-15 working days from the receipt of the returned product(s) in our warehouse.

P.P. Jewellers retains the right to cancel orders based on factors such as limited product quantities or inaccuracies in product/pricing information.

Please note that this cancellation policy excludes Customized jewellery, Gold Coin, or Silver Coin purchases.
